Dáire has worked for Cairnhill for 22 years which makes him one of our most experienced members of staff. Dáire’s first role in the company was as a payroll officer in 1999, however he soon migrated to the kitchen with his passion for creating dishes and menus. Dáire trained with our chefs in the kitchen and was promoted to Head Chef in 2013. Dáire brings a wealth of knowledge to this role as he has worked in all sections of the kitchen. Dáire and his team provide our Residents with a varied daily menu of home-cooked nutritious meals which cater to all dietary needs.
